THE INFLUENCE OF COOPERATIVE INTEGRATED READING AND COMPOSITION (CIRC) LEARNING MODEL APPLICATION AGAINST STUDYING RESULT OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN GRADE XI AT SOUTH INDRALAYA 1 HIGH SCHOOL
Abstract
Abstract: This research is titled βthe Influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Learning Model Application against Studying Result of High School Students in Grade XI at South Indralaya 1 High School". The problem in this research was that was there any influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Learning Model Application against Studying Result of High School Students in Grade XI at South Indralaya 1 High School. This research was designed to know whether there was influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Learning Model Application against Studying Result of High School Students in Grade XI at South Indralaya 1 High School. The method utilized in this research is quasi experiment. The sample of this research is Social Study Class XI and Social Study Class 2 as experiment class and Social Study Class 1 as control class with Random Sampling. The collecting datas technique used in this research was using tests/exams. From the examination test from the sample obtained average score from experiment class 83,44 and control class 79,10. Statistical test used in this research Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) against Studying Result of High School Students in Grade XI at South Indralaya 1 High School was t-test obtainrd, π‘βππ‘π’ππ> π‘π‘ππππor π‘βππ‘π’ππ= 2,32 > π‘π‘ππππ= 1,672 so it can be concluded that there is a influence.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul βPengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatanβ. Adapun rumusan masalah Penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan. Jenis metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen atau eksperimen semu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial yakni kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan menggunakan tes/soal. Dari hasil tes peserta didik didapat nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 83,44 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 79,10. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan yaitu uji-t dalam perhitungan diperoleh nilai π‘βππ‘π’ππ > π‘π‘ππππ atau π‘βππ‘π’ππ = 2,32 > π‘π‘ππππ = 1,672 sehingga dinyatakan ada pengaruhnya.
