Readiness of The Farmer in Operation and Maintenance Of Ranch Wastewater Treatment Plant

Abstract


Ranch Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) has been built at Batuloceng,
Suntenjaya Lembang, West Java District by Research Center for Water Resources
in 2017. There are economic value of WWTP such as for compost fertilizer,
development of worms, and aquatic plants. However, sustainability is required in
the operation and maintenance of the WWTP, which can be measured by
readiness of the farmer. It’s obtained from the primary data with questionnaire
using Likert scale. The research variables consist of attitude toward behavior,
subjective norms, and perceived behavior control as independent variable and
intention as dependent variable. The results showed that was in good category,
seen from the dependent variable which contained attitude toward behavior
79,05%, subjective norms 81,21%, and perceived behavior control 80,48% as
independent variable and intension as dependent variable. Intention has a
relationship of 61% to the readiness of breeders, while 39% intention.
