Inovasi Teknologi dalam Upaya Peningkatan Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Kolesom (Talinum triangulare (Jacq.) Willd) sebagai Tanaman Berkhasiat Obat

Kolesom (Talinum triangulare (Jacq.) Willd) is one of the wild plants. cultivated as a vegetable and medicinal plant. Parts of plants that have medicinal properties are leaves, stems, roots and tubers. This paper aims to provide information about technological innovations in an effort to increase the growth and production of colesome plants as medicinal plants so that they can be developed in improving the quality of public health. The results showed that the colesome plant had great potential to be developed as a medicinal plant. Optimization of the growth and production of cholesome plants can be achieved through the management of the growth environment and cultivation techniques. Inorganic fertilization technology innovations can support the growth and production of cholecystic plants. The innovation of organic fertilization technology can produce biomass production, leaf dry weight, tuber dry weight and shoot production of cholecystic plants. Shade applications with a light intensity range of 90.23 - 272.85 Watt m-2 can increase the total wet weight per column plant. Colesom crops grown on open land have faster growth than those planted on shaded land.
